Job Description

This nine-month, instructional assistant professor position. It is not tenure-leading.

Job Responsibilities

This position requires teaching Meek School classes (approximately half-time) and leading branding and promotional efforts (approximately half-time). Teaching responsibilities will include classes on topics such as social media, public relations, branding, persuasion, sales and promotional writing. This person must be a team player and act as a mentor to students.

Minimum Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
Master’s degree in integrated marketing communications, strategic communications, journalism or related field.
Experience in teaching at the university level or in training journalism and communications professionals.
Professional experience in journalism or integrated marketing communications.
A portfolio of creative work.
