Job Description

The School of Business Administration at the University of Mississippi invites applications for an Instructor position in the Department of Marketing at our Desoto Center campus in Southaven, Mississippi, beginning in August, 2018. This is a non-tenure-track permanent position with teaching in the areas of supply chain and operations management as the primary focus.

Job Responsibilities

Teach 4 undergraduate courses per fall and spring semesters in marketing, operations management, and supply management as assigned by the department chair. Additional courses may be taught in summer and short sessions for additional compensation if sufficient demand exists. Some courses will involve multi-site video conferencing and other non-traditional delivery methods.

Minimum Qualifications

To be considered, applicants must hold an MBA or other business masters degree related to operations and/or supply chain management from an AACSB accredited or well-regarded program and have at least five years of professional experience related to operations and/or supply chain management.
